고양시 지역의 실외 테니스 코트로 관리동 및 부속동, 9개의 테니스 코트, 주차장 70면으로 계획되었으며, 상설운영을 기준으로 관리동(1층)과 전체 테니스 코트를 관람할 수 있는 시설(2층)을 배치하였다. 유지관리를 위한 부속동(창고, 화장실)을 부지 측면에 계획하여 주 동선과 연계하였으며, 부지 주변의 경사 및 자연환경을 조경계획으로 자연스럽게 연결될 수 있도록 계획하였다.

It is an outdoor tennis court in the Goyang city area, planned with a management building and ancillary buildings, 9 tennis courts, and a 70-space parking lot. Based on permanent operation, the management building (1st floor) and the facility where you can view the entire tennis court (2nd floor) were arranged. Facility buildings (warehouse, restroom) for maintenance were planned on the side of the site and connected to the main route, and the slope and natural environment around the site were planned to be naturally connected to the landscaping plan.
